Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.

Need to Return a product?

To return a product at MarineGuard Network, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our service department at 1 (800) 648-4301 or (631) 728-3986.  NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Product number
- Nature of the problem

In general, MarineGuard accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days. However, MarineGuard  reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

  • REPAIR PRODUCT

  • REPLACEMENT PRODUCT

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES
  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to MarineGuard on returned items, and MarineGuard will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at MarineGuard's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
